GENERATOR BEARING PINS
Occasional damage occurs to bearings and sealing strip sections on turbine and generator rotors. The causes are of various kinds – from mechanical wear and overheating to contamination in the oil circuit. Any kind of bearing points can be machined with our mobile units according to manufacturer tolerances.

TURBINE HOUSINGS & COMPONENTS
Turbine housings of all kinds (gas, steam, water) are subject to extremely high stress. From retrofitting to increase the performance to the removal of erosion damage, any geometry can be restored by mobile machining.

BEARING POINTS & VALVES
Functional surfaces wear out and impair the trouble-free operation of systems. Any kind of bearings and valves can be processed on site with our special drilling equipment.

COUPLINGS
If coupling pins become loose or one side of the coupling is replaced, the contact surfaces must often be reworked. A wide range of drilling, honing and facing equipment is available for this purpose.
